Yeah, my Mango butter and Cocoa butter online delivery has arrived at my front door as expected next day delivery with Amazon Prime! {Woot Woot!!}

It’s always exciting hearing that doorbell ring and knowing it’s the courier delivering your online orders.  I can’t explain that feeling but let’s just say it makes me feel like you just won the lottery. Winning the lottery is not something I can say I have experienced,  but when I do, I will refer back to see if it feels the same.

I have been wanting to try making a new natural body butter/moisturizing product, and at the request of my daughter, I have decided to go for the Mango butter and Cocoa butter.

All the products I use for any of my health DIY projects have healthy and natural benefits.  Below I give you a quick low down on the health benefits of each one.

MANGO BUTTER

Mango Butter

The Mango butter I am using is 100% pure, natural and unrefined.  As the name states, Mango butter comes from the seed of the tropical Mango fruit.  Mango butter is extracted from the kernel of the fruit and made into a soft form.  Popular uses of the Mango butter is in skin care, hair products, and soap making.

Like the fantastic benefits of Shea butter, I think Mango butter has added benefits.  Mango butter is very rich in antioxidants, Vitamins A, C, E and rich in fatty acid content that is a bonus benefit for protecting and moisturizing the skin.

COCOA BUTTER

Cocoa Butter

The smell alone of this Raw Cocoa butter puts me in a great mood.  This raw Cocoa butter is 100% natural, unrefined and pure prime pressed.  The chocolate aroma just seeps thru the packaging. I am in LOVE!!

Cocoa butter is an edible oil that is extracted from the Theobroma cocoa bean. It is a natural and pure vegetable fat that comes from inside cocoa pods which are also used to make chocolate.  The color of the butter should be pale yellow if it is good quality and will have a strong aroma of chocolate.

Like The Mango butter, Cocoa butter is a great natural moisturizer for the skin and is rich in antioxidants vitamins, such as A, B1, B2, B3, C, and E.  Anything that is good enough to eat is good enough to put on your skin!

Stay tuned for my follow up Mango and Cocoa butter DIY project. I will also go into more detail of the benefits of each.

Come back to see how it turns out!
